How Do I Order Online?

It will be added to your order and shown inside of your shopping basket.  If you want more than one item, just change the quantity field from zero (0) to your desired number and click on the update cart button.  You can continue shopping or click on the checkout button when you have all the desired items in your shopping cart.  You can remove items from your cart by clicking on the trashcan icon next to the item you want to delete.

Downloaded Software

To obtain a refund on a product that was delivered to you by online download, you must adhere to the following guidelines.

 

All returns for downloaded software must be pre-authorized by Solutionsgram as described below. Your right to obtain a refund for downloaded software lasts only for a limited time. Your request for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (described below) must be made to Solutionsgram within 30 days of the date Solutionsgram made the software available to you for download (the “Purchase Date”), and Solutionsgram must receive, at its offices, your fully completed and signed Affidavit of Software Destruction within 35 days of the Purchase Date. No refund will be made until the Affidavit has been received by Solutionsgram or if the time requirements described above are not met. Solutionsgram is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail, delays for downloading, or other communication system delays.

 

Products not purchased directly from Solutionsgram must be returned to the place of purchase (Web store, etc.) and are subject to the return policies of the place of purchase.

 

If the manual and CD for the software were purchased in the form of a Download Kit at time of the download software purchase, its return will be required (and a refund given) as a part of this return process.

 

To receive a refund for downloaded software purchases from Solutionsgram, you must obtain from Solutionsgram an Affidavit of Software Destruction (described below), and complete and return the Affidavit to Solutionsgram along with the manual and CD if the Download Kit was purchased. No credit will be issued for incomplete or non- Solutionsgram component returns. You must also destroy all copies of the software you may have made or stored in any place, as well as uninstall the software from any computers owned or controlled by you where you have installed the software. Once you have returned the Affidavit of Software Destruction to Solutionsgram (and the Download Kit, if applicable), all licenses you may have to use the software will be immediately terminated, and any further use of the software will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual property rights.

 

All Affidavits of Software Destruction must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by Solutionsgram clearly displayed on the form. To receive a RMA #, e-mail us at return@ Solutionsgram.com, You must provide sufficient information for Solutionsgram to be able to identify your transaction, such as the Solutionsgram order number and/or invoice number and/or date of transaction given to you when the download was ordered. If Solutionsgram is able to identify your order, and the request is made within the timeframe discussed above, you will be given a RMA # as well as a copy of the Affidavit of Software Destruction ready for completion and return to Solutionsgram.

Customer paid Hosting+ Domain Fee then paid us for Website Design, We create a draft design or SRS Document with few designs. On this stage cancellation means you will only get 70% refund of Except the Hosting and Domain fees.

 

Refunds

Refund policy includes a refund of the initial amount if the client is not satisfied with the prototype which is demonstrated before we actually publish the design to HTML and start any programming.

 

We demonstrate our work using one of our links so you can review everything before making complete payment and asking us to deliver the website on our server or any 3rd party hosting. Once you make the complete payment, the same copy of website would be delivered. The refund cannot be claimed after the website has been delivered to you. A website will be considered to be delivered if it has been posted on your desired hosting, our hosting, sent to you as a downloadable link or given to you in any storage media like Flash Drive, Zip drive, CD etc.

All domain and registration fees are non-refundable, in whole or in part, even if your domain name registration is suspended, cancelled or transferred prior to the end of your then current registration term.

 

Abuse

We will not tolerate any abuse against Solutionsgram Software House at all whether it is word of mouth or the internet or anywhere else. Negativity or use threatening or defamatory language towards our company or staff members will not be tolerated at all and if any customer is found to be spreading negativity against us of using abusive or threatening language, then we can cancel his or her order without any further notice. The content/idea/theme of a web site is provided by client. Solutionsgram Software House can just help you in actual conceiving the idea. You agree that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law.

 

 

 

Payment Dispute/Claims

Solutionsgram. is a company having different divisions offering different services. If any client opens a claim/dispute against any of our services or websites, then we can halt/cancel your service in any of the divisions. We can also terminate any service of clients from any of the divisions/websites if payment is due without any further intimation.

 

48 Hour Turn Around

Draft Design within 48 Hours is subjected to working days. (Holidays or Sunday is not considered in it).This guarantee is excluded in critical situation of natural calamities and human created accidental situation.

 

Image Reseller Rights

We use Royalty free graphics and images for website or any graphics. However, Images used are with single use license so you cannot use your graphics for multiuse. If you want to use the reseller rights graphics please inform use in advance while placing the order. We use Images and graphics from www.123rf.com & www.bigstockphoto.com and we are bound to follow their term and conditions. Unlimited Revision

We provide unlimited only on the draft design. No revision will be provided once the design is confirmed.

 

Free Lifetime Backups

We keep the back up of all the files and design which we design for our clients. However we are not responsible for the loss of date due to malfunction of computer or storage devices we use or the loss of data due to natural calamities or fire.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.

 

Payment Terms:

We accept 100% Advance for projects under $500.However project that exceed $500 can be done in partly payment. Please make sure you pay to the correct ID , We are not responsible for any wrong payment.

Branding

At the bottom of each page of the client’s web site will be placed a Solutionsgram Software House logo and the words “This web site designed, created, Powered, hosted and maintained by Solutionsgram Software House” or similar will be shown and a link to the any web site owned by Web Design web site will be active. The clients of Solutionsgram Software House don’t have rights to get this removed in any form. Still if you want to remove it please send us an email on” info@Solutionsgram.com. It may cost you extra charge around 30%. Of the Software or Website. In case the credits are found to be removed from a web site, Solutionsgram Software House will cancel the contract of free life time after sales service/support and take a legal action

 

Web Application or Software Support.

We only provide support for limited hours on any of our software or web applications after that we charge for new hours as the Web or Software Applications depends on Debugging, testing, creating new Modules for System stabilization in some cases.

 

Source File

We used to provide free Source file earlier, however sometimes other programmers or Competitors Copies and sell the same scripts which create ambiguity for us as well clients. For owning any source file Solutionsgram Software house have rights to Create a new invoice for source files. This Price totally depends upon nature of Web Application or Software

However Solutionsgram Software House doesn’t take any responsibility for leakage or misuse of any information. So far, no claim or complain ever has been submitted to Solutionsgram Software House regarding this.

 

Completion Date

Solutionsgram Software House and Client undertake to work together to complete Project within the timescale defined in the specification. Solutionsgram Software House will inform client on project progress and will always endeavor to meet the defined milestones. Client must also supply all source materials to timescale, failure to provide source materials or respond back within 30 days of the specified timescale will be sufficient grounds for Solutionsgram Software House to cancel the agreement and retain any deposits or stage payments made thus far as cancellation fees.

 

Limitation of liability

Solutionsgram Software House will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Web site.

In purchasing domain names on behalf of the client, Solutionsgram Software House are acting solely as the clients agent and accepts no responsibility for the continuance or otherwise of that registered domain name.

Backups and Data loss:

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on our servers. We also do backups as well maintain website with a minimal charges per year in which Cpanel and Server details kept with Solutionsgram Software House and we not Provide it to client at any stage to ensure 100% Protection of data. Client only Owns or get Admin panel or Control panel of Data from which only customizations are possible

 

Cancellation

Solutionsgram Software House and Hosting Services reserve the right to cancel an account at any time.

 

If the client delays commencement of work for more than 30 days from payment of the deposit Solutionsgram Software House reserves the right to make a surcharge to cover additional time and price increases since the original quote.

In the event of a dispute regarding the design of the web site or withheld or late payment Solutionsgram Software House reserves the right to withhold or withdraw all web pages and image files until such dispute is resolved.

Solutionsgram Software House reserve the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the Web site will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
